save ratings and play count on new itunes?

i upgraded from win xp to 7. i installed itunes, now i have to rebuild my library, i failed to backup the itunes folder prior to the upgrade to 7. but is there perhaps a tweak or tool i can use to allow me to sync a new library but keep play count and ratings on my iphone?

Not sure but i was in your position all i did was save the itunes folder and drag and drop to the new computer, making sure the music was in the same directory. Worked flawless retaining ratings and play count.. but if ya dont got that itunes folder u might be sol
