My Vonage .wav voicemail files were no longer grayed out but when I click on the file it now gives me an error that this movie could not be played.

it says movie could not be played????havent had that happen but i only had two emails., in my trash that had a wav and mp3 and they worked i was kinda shocked..!!

what generated the .wav files that you played from your mail program, Vonage or another service ?

send yourself an attachment or two of different kinds from your computer to test it.
