iphone 4 wont restore gets stuck part way through

Ok I am trying to restore my iphone 4 to 4.0.1 I have my SHSH on file and my host file modded so the firmware signs and is loaded to phone, the progress bar in itunes gets stuck and about 90% complete, and the bar on the phones screen gets stuck at about 60% complete.

What is going wrong, any help would be appreciated

Try downloading a new copy of the firmware, had this problem myself a while back, the phone would simply not finish the restore, downloaded a new copy and it finished just fine.
