all my apps are opening tiny size in the left corner?

this happened once before installing something else(can't remember), I just restored and re-jailbroke..... after running fine for a few weeks i decided that i wanted to try 91 pc suite (iphone pc suite)... the program requested to install dameon which i proceeded with and after restarting everything except for the home and lock screen opens up at about 1/4 scale in the left top corner.... anyone have this happen before and figure out a fix?

Is this the iPhone 4? Looks like it's running things at 320x480 without streching it to fit the screen..that's unusual

yeah... it's an iphone 4.... unusual indeed

so it has something to do with simplebackround......... i was able to go into rock and by flipping the phone and touching till i hit the right button i was able to go into manage extensions and turn off simplebackround.... once resprung all is good.
