Can't install driver to allow USB tethering on win7
I have a 2G iPhone that I'm trying to get tethering to work on. I'm on 3.1.2, jailbroken and unlocked.
I followed this guide to get MMS working, and I have the tethering option.
I turn it on, and connect to my laptop, windows finds a new device and tries to install the drivers, but it fails saying there are no drivers.
I can find the iphone in Control Panel > Devices and Printers and it shows that there is no driver installed for it.
I enabled windows update to search online for drivers but no luck. I DO have itunes installed, which I thought was all you needed in order for tethering to work.
So if anyone knows of the driver I need, or something else, that'd be a huge help!!
