iP4 4.0.1 Calendar issue

Jailbroken iPhone 4 on 4.0.1 Anyone know why my calendar keeps changing the first day of the week from Sunday to Monday on it's own http://tweetphoto.com/39279912

One day it will be Sunday & the next it's not?? Also my emoji "globe icon" keeps disappearing from my keyboard. I hav disabled all winterboard themes and have done the basic troubleshooting

If anyone is interested, i found the fix for the calendar. Settings, General, International, Region Format...I had to change it from English to United States. Funny thing is, now that I changed it, English is no longer an option???
