File manager for Iphone

I am looking for a file manager program where I can select a folder on my computer, windows, and drag or copy the folder to my iphone

Reason is I have a theme with a folder name and in that folder are 4 other folders and some files

I have tried iFunbox and in order to do that I must make a folder on the iphone then make each subfolder and copy the files to there respective location

Just wanting to know if there is a easier way

SSH and WinSCP is what you're looking for.

ifunbox is great!

you can save your pictures easily through ifunbox too. It's all USB so much faster than winscp.
you may need to install afc2add through cydia IF your phone is read as [jailed]. that'll fix that if that happens.
I believe there is a version for windows or mac.
