Element Vapor 4 Causes "Death Grip"!!!!!
Just put on my Vapor Case and guess what... Signal shows a 20db drop... bars drop.. and actually got total signal loss a few times. $108 for a case, waited 6 weeks and get this crap! WTF?! I even lined the sides with invisible shield and didn't help. I opened Signal and put it on the Death Grip game... fitted just the left side of the case and BAM... signal drop. I am beyond pissed. I do not recommend this case to anyone.

Is it made with anything conductive? Like CF or a metal weave, or even a highly conductive jelly?
OK I just saw it is made from aluminum, of course it is going to death grip. Sorry bud!Screw #Winning, I'm #Juanning

Well since ALL their cases are unusable, they aren't going to be around long selling them, especially for $108 a pop so I'd ask politely for a refund based on the death grip and when they say no.... chargeback.

Wow, that's a good looking case that I had considered ordering, but if it causes death grip issues, no way. I can't believe they didn't test this and make sure it wasn't an issue knowing that aluminum is conductive and the death grip is well known. Fail on their part, I hope they aren't tough on giving a refund of an unusable case. Good luck with it.

Good luck bub, it sucks that it doesn't work because it is a sweet looking setup. I don't call anything a case that only protects 25% of the phone, but it's nice looking!

Damn the case looked nice, I knew the metal would cause some interference. Hope you get your money back though.

Thanked.
I was really looking forward to getting that case, but seeing that it has a design flaw, im glad i haven't ordered one yet.

i thought the anodized coating on aluminum didn't conduct well. Anyways, for $80 you'd think they would do a little research

actually wouldnt surrounding the antenna with aluminim act as a RF barrier, rather than conductor? EG: microwave oven casing.
