3GS constant crashing on 3.1.3 and 3.1.2

Not really sure what is causing it, but it is extremely irritating. Anytime I am on a call, it will go into safemode. This also happens randomly when I am not using the phone. Does anyone else have issues like this? I am on Tmobile

I had my phone Jb a couple of days ago and I am also noticing your problem, also the phone turns itself off including a tad more power drain.

ANY suggestionsw ANYONE !!!!
