Unlock screen slidebar gone, only need to touch screen

I have an iPhone 3GS, OS 4.01, with Cydia installed. I like Cydia and the freedom it creates, but currently my unlock screen slider seem to have been replaced. The "unlock" text has been put to the right and the slider is all gone. I only need to touch the screen on the same height where the "unlock" text is. How can I get my slider back?

Any lockscreen themes for Winterboard checked off?? If not it sounds like u need to do a fresh restore and rejailbreak.

I have removed cydgets, still looks the same. Could winterboard themes also cause this? I don't think i want to reinstall because of this.
