Jailbreak help

Not had a problem with my jailbroken iphone till recently, Updated to 4.01 and not had a problem for a week or 2 and now all of a sudden I cannot install anything via cydia.

This is what I get trying to install cydelete. Tried a few other things and its mostly the same error.
/var/cache/apt/archives/com.sinfuliphone.appsync4_1.0.1_iphoneos-arm.deb trying to overwrite '/usr/libexec/installd', which is also in package us.hackulo.appsync40

I have tried reinstalling appsync4 but it doesnt even let me do that, Comes up basically the same error that ends in installd but cant remember exact error, Anyone any idea ?
