Cant add saved pictures to camera roll on 3GS 4.0.1

Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem? I recently upgraded my 3GS to 4.0.1 and im unable to restore any of my old saved pics to the camera roll. i noticed that the folders are a little different from what they use to be(i.e. the .THM files are in a different folder than what they use to be in). I even went as far as changing directory permissions but still no luck. Ive tried using WinSCP, iPhoneExplorer, iFunbox to do this and again no luck. Any advice would be useful. Thanks.

Figured it out!!! Add pictures to camera roll, then go to a folder called photodata/100apple and add your your thumnails there, then go up one folder to photo data and make a backup and delete both files called photos.sqlite photosaux.sqlite, then respring your phone. When you open up your pictures it should say rebuilding library and POOF all your pics you added should be there.
