cant stop iTunes from auto-opening
ok so if you go to iTunes on your desktop and plug your phone/pod in and scroll down a little youll see options to "open iTunes when device is connected" and a few others..
i usually have this box unchecked because most of the time i dont use iTunes, however since being on 4.0.1 this option is constantly greyed out, so its not clickable at all..
any ideas???

try to disable itunes @ msconfig and see if it works..

go into your login items and turn off ituneshelper as an automatically launched program.
