    Default No settings menu

    I performed an update thru Cydia the other day (mobile substrate I think) and since then have not been able to get into the apple settings menu. Click it and it seems to go in then comes straight out.

    Any help please?

    I would recommend restoring and re-doing the jailbreak because when the app opens and closes like that, it generally means that there are missing or corrupt source files. Restoring is your best bet, unfortunately.
