Pause games/apps without pause feature?

Does anyone know of an app that allows to pause a game that does not have pausing in it, some games don't have the option to do so and if you press home button to exit, you have to start the game all over again.

I don't think that's possible, but hey I might be wrong lol.

I use iRealSms to pause games. If you start a text within the game it will pause. If you exit though the game will terminate. The only other thing I can think of using would be backgrounder.
