    Default Can jailbroken apps collect personal data?

    Im interested in downloading some SMS apps to try out but I dont want the dev to collect data like some SMS devs do on android devices. Should I be worried?

    Some apps collect stats on usage and other things.

    PrivaCY app in Cydia helps with a few of them but otherwise there are apps to control what connections are being made.
