Failed Cydia Store Purchase - Amazon Transaction Flagged

Anyone have any idea why, upon trying to purchase the newly released infinifolders app within Cydia, and then entering in my Facebook account information and choosing the option to pay via Amazon, I am then presented with the following messasge:



Normally I will be presented with a notification that the transaction has been approved and is now complete, and that I should close the window to install the app.

This time, it just keeps reloading and rechecking but it never says anything other than 'This transactions has been flagged for manual approval'... and as such I have been unable to purchase anything from the Cydia store?

Any help would be sincerely appreciated!

I would like to know how this ended up for you, since I have the same problem.
How can I cancel the transaction to start over? I bought another app but this one still pending after 2 hours...

contact saurik, he'll deal with any cydia problems you have
