    I am pretty sure that most of the bugs have been ironed out. My guess is that it would work just fine , doesn't hurt to try if you have all your stuff backed up in iTunes.

    Yes. At first jailbreakMe did not work on iPad 3.2.1 but it was quickly fixed. You are safe to jailbreak.
