iTunes Backup HELP!

Hey guys ... i am planning to format my whole PC thus... i was wondering what to backup for my iTunes... which is to backup everything ... please gudie me step by step procedure... thanks!

All you got to do is back up your music and pictures, your contacts and your apps are going to remain on your iPhone, then once you reinstall your windows and iTunes, connect your iphone and do a backup from your iPhone to your iTunes, dont forget before you sync your iPhone to put all your music and pictures on the same folder that you got them before so iTunes can find them.

Just backup your iTunes music folder, then point iTunes to the folder after you format and iTunes will repopulate your library
