Error 3014

Can someone please tell me how to get around this? I'm just trying to update with no luck

I had to update my iTunes to the newest version. Make sure you put your phone in DFU mode before opening itunes, as I think that syncing with a spirit JB on itunes 9.2 causes a problem. (or so i remember reading)
