FaceTime and MMS fix WITHOUT restoring your iP4

SSH into your phone and run these commands

chmod 755 /var/mobile
chmod 755 /var/mobile/Library
chmod 755 /var/mobile/Library/Preferences

Reboot the phone, then go into settings->phone->face time*on

Enables MMS and Facetime again, if yours disabled.

As of now, just open and update cydia. Problem fixed.

Also do make sure after to go into settings>phone and turn it back on.

Lol cydia updated some files to fix the problem or a hard restart twice will work.
