Where to order speaker enclosure for 4g?

I recently opened my iphone 4 to replace the front screen and everything was going good until I was putting it back together. I accidently broke the four EMI fingers on the speaker enclosure so now when I turn the phone on. The screen just turns on white. I don't know if these EMI fingers effect the screen since it does touch the LCD when place correctly. I can still unlock the phone and etc but the screen is just white.

why would you open a phone that is under warranty is my question.....
