Move to a different country :P or maybe travel to one that sells unlocked iPhones

Either ebay or find a forwarding company that has an address in the UK or another country that sells them factory unlocked.

Go to Canada, its $599/$699 there
if you cant, then dish out $1000+ or wait for the jailbreak/unlock

That's what I said from the beginning. If it was so easy (just order on-line) don't you think everyone in the us would have a factory unlocked iPhone?
