strange memory issue

So, I've run into a strange issue with my phone, according to the lil bt settings counter my available space is 108 on/ and 468 on /var So I kno I've got space available, Im trying to get an app onto the phone that 200mb and it says I don't have space.... any suggestions? Or could I just physically ssh into the phone and put the app there?

Is it a cydia package or an app, like from iTunes?

Its an app from itunes. Ive purchased it legally and all that. It just happens that my phone thinks I only have 100mb of space left when I have over 400. and the app is barely 200. Even itunes recognizes that I have 468mb available....
