Can certian pictures be recovred? by someone else who now has my phone.

Basically put when ever my girl sent me a picture instead of keeping it in the photo roll i would store it somewhere else in my jb iphone instead that way when people went though my phone the pictures were hidden. Anyways today I backed up my phone removed my jailbreak by restore and then traded it for a radio shack giftcard in which i used to purchase the iphone 4.

But since the photos were deleted by me going in with iphonebrowser and deleting them, and not though the photo app that perm. deletes the photos could say someone actually go back and recover the photos?

No, because like you said, they weren't in the camera roll, so if you deleted them from wherever you hid them, they are gone for good.

Lies. Anyone that knows how storage works in computers knows that when you "delete" something it isn't actually deleted unless it is written over in the memory location it was stored in. Someone real good with computers could recover the files but the chances of that happening are slim to none so don't worry.
