i need help, how can i disable the notification, that shows the balance of your account, the reason i want to remove it, cuz it drains the battery REALLY FAST, the message its for prepaid plans, any hacks, anything from cydia, anything that helps?? im willing to donate if you can make that msg go away for good
Plz dont tell me contact your carrier, they dont block that pop up, already call

Just go into Settings>Notifications and turn them all off.

its not that simple, i already try that, it has to be with a hack or editing something

Try downloading pop up blocker from Cydia. Although this will disable all your pop up notifications like if someone texted or called you.

Fix that with status notifier which will notify you in your status bar if you had a missed call or text or whatever.

Just did some researching. Seems like this happens to a lot of people with the GoPhone prepaid plans (and any other prepaid). I have yet to find a working solution. I feel like there is a plist to edit that disables balance notifications but I browsed thru iFile quickly on my phone to the carrier plists but couldnt find anything to edit regarding prepaid balances. Maybe its further within the iPhone itself and not the carrier plists...

Heh sorry this might take a lot more time and effort to find.

Check on core services, and ty a lot for trying to help

On core services there is something that says ussd, but im not experience with this

the ussd.aiff is the sound if the popup

That's a flash SMS and AFAIK it can't be blocked.
