Help with Jailbreak/Cydget

I'm new to jailbreaking and am having some trouble. I used redsn0w to install cydia onto my iphone 3g ios4 yesterday. I have been trying to install a weather program for my lock screen. I downloaded the Element cydget. The problem occurs when I search for Cydget in Cydia... there are no results. Can someone explain this to me? And tell me how I can get Cydget on my iphone? I don't know if it's important or not but, when I look under stock settings Element is listed and Cydget is also listed. However, when I open Cydget settings it has lock order with an arrow. Nothing happens when I press it. Sorry for the essay. Thanks for the help.

Finally learned that Cydget isn't compatible with iOS4. Only took 4 hours of searching.

Is there a (free) weather lockscreen for iOS4?
