    Default cant get in to itunes?????

    hi all i cant get in to itunes store from my laptop? it keeps saying check network connection???????????

    Has it just started happening suddenly?
    Check firewall settings perhaps?

    yeah i checked them but itunes is an exception so i cant really understand whats stopping it?

    Very strange??!!!
    Have you tried rebooting, if so you might have to delete iTunes and reinstall

    Remove the iTunes exception, reboot, then add it as an exception again. I had to do this about 3 months ago.

    just tried this but still doesnt work, if i get rid of itunes off my system completly when i reinstall it will i still have all my music etc? sorry for being stupid... also my phone is jailbroken will this cause any probs with reinstalling itunes?

    You can back up your music, there is a guide in here somewhere, I don't know what version of iTunes you need to be safe with your jailbreak.
