How Do I Change COLOR of Items in Status Bar?

I got a black status bar in the lockscreen and universally in all apps. How do I change the COLOR of the clock, carrier, battery (when charging) and wifi signal in the status bar? I want this visible for all apps. Thanks.

You cant change the clock ive been trying to for 3 weeks, I believe its generated by the OS
Create a Theme
Add UIImages
Silver_0_Bars.png to Silver_5_bars.png
Silver_0_WifiBars.png to Silver_3_WifiBars.png

I just jailbroke my iPhone for the 1st time, I have no clue what I'm doing or if i downloaded the correct things. I've been trying to change my battery color, carrier name, lock screen picture, text bubbles for days and can't figure any of it out. Please help if you can.
