Enabling apt-get, install, remove in ssh?

I've looked in the repo's for APT0.7 and it's not found, how do I enable apt commands?

Well, First you should have Cydia set to Devloper (no filters) by tapping Settings under Manage. Then, install (if they aren't already) Aptitude and Apt 0.7 strict. And apt-get should work (along with aptitude)
