The iOS4 multitasking is fully funtional with default apps(the ones you get on the device when you buy it) and apps that support iOS4 and/or multitasking. Of course, your going to have apps, like I and millions of other, that dont yet support the iOS4 or multitasking and need to be updated. Backgrounder is good to have as you wait for those apps, that dont background w/o backgrounders help, to be updated.

I believe a guy a put up stuff on cydia and rock app that give you iOS4 features when you dont have iOS4. Its called "Features for the" something. Im not sure.

I like iOS 4. Pretty wallpaper lol some of my cydia apps dont work but Im not too upset. I like camera zoom and the built-in multitask is decent. I fixed the lag on my 3G by removing 3000+ language packs sooo its all good. I kind of miss Circuitous but I dont multitask often so its fine haha.
