iPhone Connected to Wi-Fi but not internet

Hello every one, I am currently running a iPhone 3G on iOS 4.0, I Tried to use Cydia after i jailbroke with Snowbreze and it says the unable to load message so I try Safari and it says Safari not connected to the internet but I can clearly see the Wi-Fi bars on my status bar, Any ideas on a fix? Please help as I do require an unlock and i can't use my iPhone as phone at the moment

Sure it's not your wireless router? Did you reboot the router or use another wireless device to make sure it's working.

I have to reboot my router about once a month (get the same thing on all my wireless devices).

Um actually no -_- how do I reboot the router?

All the "fan" shows is signal strength to the ROUTER. If the ROUTER is messed up with no internet connection, you will still get the full "fan".
