for those interested to buy iphone 4 without contract
i spoke a apple rep online last week and told me that they will sale already the iphone 4 without the contract, not all but some retail stores do, i live in california and i contacted all nearest apple stores, i got my reservation through phone, five days after i got an email, went to the retail store and purchase it in full prize
, i used my 3g ipad microsim and activate it 
now waiting for unlock/jailbreak

Nice. I'm using a iPad sim in my i4 so I can use it wile I wait for the Jailbreak and unlock.

That's pretty sweet. I would hope without a contract it is unlocked. If not, then it's not worth it.
