Help please. *Simple answer is all that is needed*
I have a iPhone 3GS on 3.1.3 and I forgot my password since I've been using my iPhone 4. If I put the 3GS In dfu mode can I just restore to 3.1.3 or will iTunes make me uprade to 4.0?
I wanna stay on 3.1.3 so I can keep the jailbreak on it

Im pretty sure itunes will force you to update

itll force u unless u have saved ur shsh.
but if u can ssh or even ssh over usb do this.
SSH into your phone and delete the file /Library/Keychains/keychain-2.db and reboot.
It will delete ALL stored passwords including email, wifi, lockscreen, etc

You could try iFunBox i dont know if it works though but on their website it says it does
