Tethering enabled on iphone4, wasn't before?

I just noticed my tethering option is enabled, my plan is still on the unlimited option.

The other day it said to contact AT&T for options.

Anyone else?

hmm, all i did different from when it wasnt enabled was turn bluetooth on. Does anyone know if i will get charged if i start using the thethering feature if its already enabled?
