iPhone 3GS - Stuck on Emergency Call

Hey ModMyI, I've been trying to fix my iPhone 3GS, 16G, MC Model for awhile now, It was stuck in recovery mode and would not accept a restore. After restoring my other 3GS last night with Umbrella, I thought I would try to get Umbrella to kick my old 3GS out of recovery mode. It worked. I was super happy, and I guess I got ahead of myself. When I connect my iPhone to iTunes to restore it, as I was told a restore was needed as soon as I powered on the phone, iTunes said "There is a problem with your iPhone, please visit an Apple Store nearest to you" or something along those lines. Is there any way I can get this phone working again? This phone has never been Jailbroken or Unlocked. However, I did step on it, cracking the screen, The phone worked for a good two more months after this incident. When I hit the "i" on the emergency call screen it displays the following;

Unknown
UCCID:
Unknown

It says this when I open Umbrella with the phone connected;

Is there anyway I can fix this? As for programs, or guides to follow, I'm running a hackintosh and Windows 7 dual booted so I can try for either OS. If you need any more information the on the phone, I can give it to you, as well as pictures or videos of the phone, just ask.

After some google magic, I believe the phone is bricked.
