os4 missing features?

Well I have an iPhone 4 running 4.0. Would that be the problem? Otherwise I can show you some screen shots

That's odd.. Try re-springing your iPhone. If that doesn't work go to the Apple STORE.

Your probably not getting the mms option because your phone is in airplane mode.

Yup I just checked my 3GS on ios 4. When in normal mode the option for mms is there. When I put it in airplane mode I just have the same three options you have in the pic.

Oops sorry. Didn't see what he was actually asking about at first.
