Please help me find out how to get these black symbols like this one✯. I know there's a way to do it but I forgot.

I'm not sure but I think your talking about emoji's!? If you are and jailbroke. A simple download and follow instructions. If your not a trip to the app store and 59p will get you new HD ones. Hope this is what you was looking for lol 
