AT&T cut my iPhone internet???

i recently decided to upgrade my jb iphone 3gs 3.1.3 to 4.0 and then jailbreak it. After i jb'ed it my phone worked fine in everyway except that my edge and 3g internet don't work it turns on and off but the internet doesn't work only through wifi. I'm still paying for internet but i was thinking that maybe they changed the data plan like they did for the 4g and so they cut off mines. Not sure though.... anyone know why it stopped working??

Try rebooting the phone. If that doesn't work go to settings, general, reset, reset network settings
