    Default HELP with backup file..

    Hey guys, im restoring my phone and would like to set it up as a NEW phone in itunes, my backup is in CUsers\stevie\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

    their is many MDDATA files and would like to only keep the file that contains the Calendar / Contacts and the Contacts PHOTOS...

    Is this possible ? thanks for yoru help, anything at this point would help, thanks.

    got the answer, for those interested this is very useful, in the backup folder these are the files you need for contact pics and info --
