i designer help

Hi Guys im new here and new to moding my iphone i have a 3g 8g iphone with v 4.0 software and i would like to know how to get i designer to load my templates on the phone it has the design and its all good to go but it just wont go on
I am not sure what goes in ssh options can anyone please help me
