ATT Sim Card with data plan

I have read several posts with regards to sim cards and if I read posts right, Any ATT 3g sim card will work with this phone.

I currently have a solstice with the old unlimited dataplan/family text (pay $20.00 month for this service). I noticed that ATT wants an xtra $10.00 a month to upgrade to the PDA unlimited data plan.

My question is if I use my 3g sim card from my solstice with my non PDA unlimited data plan will the Iphone still have all functions? itunes, apps exc? ANd will ATT even know the diffrence?

Everything should work, however sooner or later AT&T will notice you are on an iPhone and upgrade you to an official iPhone plan.
