Intelliscreen Status Bar Icons problems iOS4

Since upgrading to iOS4, the intelliscreen status bar alerts appear in between the batter icon and the batter percent, which is awkward and it used to be to the left side of the battery percent. Any idea how to fix this?

Are you using the battery percentage that comes stock with the phone under settings > general > usage.. Or one downloaded from cydia?

I've tried both the one under settings > general > usage, and the one under supreme preferences
