Is hebrew built in to 3gs

Well the 3gs is officially released in israel, so I was wondering is reading\writing in hebrew possible in 3gs (FW 4.0)?
Or do I still have to find some 3rd party software?

There is a Hebrew keyboard in 4.0

YES! that was what I was asking. that's great! It means I don't have to wait for someone to create a hebrew addon. Yay for me...
now a jailbreak is all I need...
