    Default big newbie question. help?

    Hello,

    My iphone 3GS is still on version 3.0. I'd like to upgrade to 4.0 but do not want to lose the benefits from jailbroken/unlock.

    Please advise. Thanks!

    Create a custom 4.0 with Pwnage Tool(Mac) or Snowbreeze(Windows) and Shift/Restore(Windows)Cmd/Restore(Mac) to the custom firmware.
