itunes 9.2 installed can I still use itunes to sync a 3G 3.1.2
Hi all I have a 3Gs that was updated to 4.0 and old boot. I don't know if the SHSH was saved as I got this unit used. So I guess I'll just wait on the 4.0 JB. My question is since I had to update up to itunes 9.2 to get the 3Gs activated to use it to surf the net via wifi and use as an ipod. Can I still sync my 3G without fear of an auto update on the phone?
Can I still connect to itunes 9.2 with a 3g 3.1.2

yes you can sync to itunes. just watch for update prompts. nothing will FORCE you to update.
Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.

If you see a screen pop up that says there is a newer version of software available for your phone then select the option that does not allow it to download. I think there is also an option to turn off updates as well.
