Downgrade ios 4 to 3.1.3 restore configuration and contact

Successfully restored phone from 4.0 to 3.1.3 using tinyumbrella and now I cant restore my contacts and configuration

iTunes won't allow me to sync my contacts etc.. look at picture attached.. Do I need to trick iTunes or something ?
