How can I get my computers internet connection on my iPhone via bluetooth? (No wifi)

I have no wifi and download a lot on my iPhone on 3G. So I was wondering whether I could get my computers internet on my iPhone via bluetooth?

Not the other way around where I use my iPhone as a router. I mean so that I can use my computers internet on my iPhone.

Not sure you can do that via bluetooth.
There is a way to get internet on your iphone using a usb connected to the pc.
