JB iOS4 app icons wont move?

Hi.

Just jailbroken iOS4 onto 3G all ok but when i press and hold any app icon, it will cause the other icons to jiggle, the delete cross comes up, but i can't move / drag them around. seems to work ok when in iTunes though. any suggestions?

Same here. It was alright after Jailbreaking with redsn0w 0.9.5 b5-4. But after rejailbreaking with redsn0w 0.9.5 b5-5 the icons now only jiggling. They dont move or rearrange.

Any idea?

jb with redsn0w 0.9.5 b5-5 on a 3g/ios4 here and moving all icons (jb or stock) works fine. in/out of folders and just around in general

same problem here, jb with snowbreeze. i think it was after it reset. anyone has a solution????

I remember of resetting network settings from Setting>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

Is it because of this?

I cant find any solution of it yet on net. So I think only we are facing the problem. But if anyone having any idea what can be done other than restore, please advice.
