iTunes won't back up iPhone!

Hello everyone,
first, I will say sorry for writing this here, maybe it's the wrong section, but I really didn't know where else to put it...
Let me start with the specs of everything involved:
iPhone 3GS iOS 4.0 JB and Unlocked, has cydia, **********, and stuff:P
iPad Wi-Fi FW 3.2 JB, has cydia, **********, so on...
iTunes 9.2
iMac 20'' Mac OS X 10.6.4

Now...The problem I have is that iTunes does not have a BACKUP button when you right click on the iDevice, and it doesn't back up my iphone no matter what I do, I deleted all the backups, tried resetting sync history in iSync(there wasn't a button on iTunes like that), even rejailbroke my iPhone, changed the name of the iPhone, restarted iMac, reinstalled iTunes, changed USB ports, deleted iTunes music library, changed iPhone settings, didn't change anything and kept on clicking SYNC SYNC SYNC...tried to backup iPad...the SAME!

PLEASE help me, I can't backup my iPhone at all now!

backup button is back again, and iPhone backs up

i wouldnt edit it to make it private its not like robbers are gonna steal your itunes music
